Below you can find more details of the support I can offer you: what a consultation looks like, how much time I will spend with you, how much it will cost, and any follow-up included in the price.
Home Visit - Initial consultation, up to 2hrs, £105

Getting out and about with a new baby is a challenge on its own! I am happy to travel to you and offer support with feeding in the comfort of your home, where you feel more able to relax and do what you need to in order to care for your baby.
What does a consultation look like?
I will first make time to take a full feeding history and listen to your experience of feeding your baby. Together, we will explore what could be going on and what can be done to make feeding work better for you and your baby.
This may include: exploring different feeding positions, observing your baby’s latch and milk transfer, discussing your milk supply and any factors that may have had an impact on this, looking at your pumping/expressing routine or any top-ups your baby has been getting,… and finally, working together to put a plan in place that you feel could help you get to where you want to be with feeding, which I will put in writing for you after the consultation.
I will make myself available in the 2 weeks following the visit to answer any questions you might have via WhatsApp, text or email.
Additional follow up consultations are available at £55 per hour.

For families who live more than 10 miles away from Southampton, I charge an additional fee for mileage per visit. (To be discussed and agreed when booking)
Antenatal Session, 2hrs, £95,
In the comfort of your home or any location of your choice.
To be prepared is half the victory!
I will cover all the basics of breastfeeding and answer any questions or address any concerns you may have about feeding your baby, so you can start your new journey feeling as confident and relaxed as possible!

For families who live more than 10 miles away from Southampton, I charge an additional fee for mileage per visit. (To be discussed and agreed when booking)
Bump to Baby Session, £185
This package deals gives you the antenatal session to help you prepare, as well as one follow up postnatal consultation of up to two hours in your home.
I will answer any questions you may have via WhatsApp or text message after the antenatal session, up until two weeks after the postnatal consultation.

Additional follow up consultations are available at £55 per hour.
Full Day Support and Care, approximately 5 hours, £250
Some things just take time. And babies often have their own plans of when they will sleep and eat (or poop!). You may need to be able to relax more without any time pressure to make it work for you. Or you may need some more time to debrief over a cup of tea. You may need someone to hold your baby so you can figure out your new pump. You may need a second pair of hands when you are learning to use a Nursing Supplementer. Or just practicing different positions can be more relaxed if done over a few different feeds.
Feeding is often connected to everything else that is going on in your life, and as a Qualified Postnatal Doula I know how important some extra time and support can be in the early days. And the difference that can make.
You will get everything that is included in the initial consultation, but on the day, I will just spend more time with you and offer whatever support is needed to help you feel more confident and ready to make feeding work for you.
